App and case make iPhone accessible for visually impaired

QB contributor Ted, once told me that he can write and send emails from inside his pocket on his N95. Once you’ve memorized all the key placement and menu options, sending texts and emails sans looking is easy. The iPhone on the other hand, is impossible to use if you’re visually impaired. There is no way to tell one button over the other with a touch screen. Well that’s no longer true. A new app and case combo now makes the iPhone accessible to the visually impaired.

The case is engraved with modified bas-relief buttons each corresponding to a modified home screen on the iPhone. None of the phone’s functions are compromised. Multi-touch and finger flick scrolling are all intact.
