HTC a href=”http://www.htc.com/www/press.aspx?id=103534#038;lang=1033″announced /ain June that it would be making its new Sense OS interface available on strongall future devices/strong. HTC Sense is a really good looking interface that#8217;s going to drop on the HTC Hero, it#8217;s upcoming Android device. Apparently, and despite the expected Summer/Fall #8216;09 release of HTC#8217;s TouchFlo 2.5 (which I just wrote about), HTC is going to offer the same interface across all its smartphone product line./p
pIs this good or bad? It#8217;s a zero-sum equation for most of us, as I doubt they will lose any features in the process. Plus, we can be pretty sure that they#8217;re going to keep pushing boundaries of their UI, especially once they are focusing on just one. What is interesting is how it creates a sort of platform-independence from Microsoft and Google. HTC customers won#8217;t care much which device they buy if they all work the same, right?/p
pClever, HTC#8230; very clever./p
